FAQs

All of the balloons come helium-filled, treated with hi-float, on ribbon and tied to a weight – all ready to go for your delivery or celebration!

You can place your order directly on our website at BalloonMeAway.com.

At this time, we are not allowing for substitutions in our pre-arranged bouquets.

We deliver between 6am and 6pm, seven days a week. To receive same-day delivery you must place your order by 11am. Please note, same-day delivery slots are limited so be sure to place your order ahead of time whenever possible.

We serve Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks and the  Foothills area. 

We treat all our latex balloons with Hi-Float, and as a result they can float for several days!

Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 3 to 7 days
Confetti-Filled Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 2 to 3 days
Foil Balloons: 4 to 6 days

*The environment and the temperature at which the balloons are stored has an effect on float times so we’re unable to guarantee exact times.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the balloons will be bagged and left securely at the front door or with a front desk concierge. We usually tie the bag to a door handle, railing or some other structure so they don’t blow-away. If there is no where secure to leave them or the delivery is refused, there is a redelivery fee of $20 and you will need to let us know the new delivery time and location.

We always strive to deliver on time but of course under extreme circumstances (and Canadian weather), occasionally we are unable to make the preferred time window. In rare cases like these, we will still deliver the same day and let you know ahead of time if we anticipate any issues with delivery time.

We promise you they’re not! When delivered in cold weather or left in a cold environment, the foil balloons may temporarily shrivel up but the balloons will spring up to full size at room temperature.

Balloons are sensitive creatures. Please keep them away from direct sunlight, the outside winter cold, sharp objects, hot objects (i.e. light bulbs!), stucco and popcorn ceilings.

Our picture layouts on our website help us show you what you’re getting… but if we’re being honest, our customers say the balloons look BETTER in person.

For a full refund, please contact us by 11am the day BEFORE delivery as we typically prepare orders in advance. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations after this time.
